Lerzu Posted June 22, 2018 Share Posted June 22, 2018 The sparkly effect on Ki'Teer Sekhara and the lines inside the Stratos emblem stay in their old position when you change your animation set. Easiest way to see this bug is to select a high stance, exit and enter the arsenal again and then select a low stance and you can see those effects floating in the original, high position. They even show up when you are looking at other Warframes in the arsenal. Transparency/blur/DOF effects also don't play well with these but that might be a completely different issue.
