I sent in a ticket over 2 weeks ago, a Support rep responded and messed up what I requested in my ticket. Will I have to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix their mistake? I understand slow support ques, but I do expect them to be able to fix, extremely simple issues. Basically all they had to do was add 1 defensive polarity slot to my fang prime (since it wasn't made with one). Instead they removed my forma polarity slot and reset the item to default. So now I have a Fang Prime at default and lost my forma's (even though the stars are still there). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
