Can't see friends at Dojo and Cetus

I am having a problem playing with my brother. Sometimes it is hard to join as a group, I can't join session or he can't join mine, after lot of tries we can play together missions. Sometimes when we send invitation each other I receive my own invitation. Another problem is that I can't see him at the Dojo or Cetus. When we are at the Dojo, both conected, both at the same dojo, even in group, we can't see each other on the screen or the map and we cant trade. Please, can someone tell me how to fix it? I have find the same problem in other forum but no one gives an answer.
