I've killed Tyl Regor about 30 or so times since 9.5.2 and all I ever got was Helmet and Chassis BPs. Killed him probably close to 20 times pre 9.5.2 too. Still don't have Systems. As for you Kid, I probably can't help you farm Regor, but feel comforted that he's still easy to farm for now, whether solo or in a group.
