Custom Agility Course meltdown

So's I just recently got into mucking around with the buildable obstacle/agility course. The momentum when building the course, and when actually running it is different, making it extremely difficult to accurately judge where to place jumps without exiting the run and re-entering over and over and over again. There's also no ability to rotate objects on their X and Z axis, and no wall objects, which means: to make a wall I've got to place a square tile on something perpendicular to it, then delete whatever I just placed it on top of.

I don't actually remember how new this feature is, but I'm guessing it's still in it's early stages, so there's some food for thought.
