Is ignis Wraith Still available?

I've been looking for ignis wraith cause i heard it isn't available anymore. I actually want one so i opted to look at the market it's fairly cheap but my friend told me you can get it buy free if other people are giving some BPs away I don't really know. Should I just buy it for like 5 plats?

As someone who does give them away for free on occasion, this does happen. 

The blueprint from clan research costs a few credits to buy, and that's it. Just ask in Trade or Region chat if someone will help you. I would, but my internet hates me and won't let me log into the game right now.

That's your price, not the price. People in my clan usually just ask for an ammo drum. I've see offers in trade from 1p to 20p.
