The loading screen will persist even with the fully loaded bar. Last night i had verified and optimized my cached data and now i have to wait 24 hours to do the mastery mission again. Khazad- Posted July 26, 2018 Share Posted July 26, 2018 This happens to me a lot, i keep getting stuck in the loading screen and it's getting really annoying. The only thing that i can do is alt+f4 and open the game again. Before the sacrifice update it didn't happen too much but now it's like one in every 10-15 missions. Jaliee Posted July 31, 2018 Share Posted July 31, 2018 (edited) I have issues like this and from testing i've been able to somewhat replicate it by alt-tabbing (altho this is not 100% replicable). A sign of that this infinite loading screen will happen is that foundry or shops at cetus doesn't load icons for all the items. Another is only on the loading screen returniing to the orbiter: two "boxes of blur" appears in the location where navigatoin/alters and news are shown when spawning on the orbiter. A third is the texture of planets in navigation is low res, somethings in the world may also be low res. These signs makes me feel like i have a partial disconnect. Like... everything that is working keeps working but nothing new will load. Currently testing if steam or discord overlay may have something to do whit this. I can gather screenshots to supplement ths if requested. EDIT the first: If someone could test if tabbing seems to cause ths, or, if not tabbing causes the issue to not appear, i would love to know! My workaround is accessing the wiki and such via my phone or the steam overlay (on a side note: damn the steam web browser is bad!) EDIT the second: Disabling steam overlay MAY fix the issue for me. Due to not being able to reproduce the bug consistently to begin with, more testing is needed to be sure. Avla Posted August 3, 2018 Share Posted August 3, 2018 I use steam but not its overlay. I don't really know if Alt+TAB is a source of the pb, happens even if i don't and happens when i don't too...
