Support Desk

I have a open ticket for a missing item, with is not just a regular item, is a Paris Prime that i only use few hours and then is missing, but the support desk is taking years to givme just 1 answer to my problem, why the response times are so S#&$.

The Support has to solve hundreds of cases for alot of people. And because they can't do them all at once, some of the tickets may stay unsolved for longer than other tickets. When did you write the ticket?
