Rank : 0 Life : 50 Shield : 125 Armor : 15 Energy : 150 Rank : 30 Life : 150 Shield : 375 Armor : 15 Energy : 225 Passive Reduce all elemental damage (only basic elemental damage, as cold) by 5% 1 - Etheral bolt | energy cost : 25 energy Cast time : 0.5 sec | Cast delay (just after Etheral bolt's cast) : 0.2 sec Shot a single but powerful bolt with your wand which deals 125 / 160 / 195 / 230 puncture damage. This bolt chain with the closer ennemy and lose 20% damage per chain. (4 chains max) 10 meters Bolt damage is affected by Power Strength Chains distance is afected by Power Range Energy cost is affected by Power Efficiency 2 - Radial Storm | energy cost : 50 energy Cast time : 2 sec Create a radial energy zone around your aiming point on 5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 meters and deals 150 / 190 / 230 / 270 impact damage (un-affected by armor and shield) per second during 1 / 1 / 2 / 3 second with 50% statut chance. Damage affected by Power Strength but not statut chance Radial energy zone is affected by Power Range Storm duration is affected by Power Duration Energy cost is affected by Power Efficiency 3 - True power | energy cost : 100 energy Cast time : 1.5 sec Reach the deep elemental knowledge and free your elemental power Choose your damage type between the four elemental types, and convert 30% / 60% / 90% / 120% of your power damages into elemental damage for 20 / 25 / 35 / 40 seconds (Exp : with fire spirit, you deal now only fire damage with your power) Add 5% / 7.5% / 10% / 15% statut chance Duration is affected by Power Duration Damage convertion and statut chance is affected by Power Strength Energy cost is affected by Power Efficiency Augment idea : True power now reinforce your passive ability and grant an additional elemental reduction to allies within 10 meters Lvl 0 : raise elemental reduction to 8% Lvl 1 : raise elemental reduction to 16% Lvl 2 : raise elemental reduction to 24% Lvl 3 : raise elemental reduction to 32% 4 - Academician's Wand | energy cost : 50 energy, 5 energy per second and cost 20 energy per lightning Cast speed : 1.5 sec This ability works as the Exalted blade of Excalibur, which means that you're locked with your wand for the duration of the ability Take your wand and let's talk your forbidden knowledge Tenno, instrument of pure destruction, unleash pure energy lightning that deals 200 / 240 / 280 / 320 50% shock and 50% puncture damage, damage scale with exalted modding (take secondary weapon mods). 15% statut chance Fire rate : 2.5 / sec | can be charged Projectile speed : 250 m / sec Normal shot deal 1x damage Maximum charge take 1.5 second and deals 2x damages within 3 meter AoE and cost x2 energy per lightning. Damage and Statut Chance is affected by Power Strength and modding. Energy Cost and Over Time Cost is affected by Power Efficiency and Power Duration. Lightning Energy Cost is affected by Power Efficiency. AnimeNinja1301 Posted July 15, 2018 Share Posted July 15, 2018 (edited) I like the 4th ability, the 1st is more like another Volt but with a ivara quiver sort of deal, so that's different. The 2nd is like Hydroid, but again, Ivara Quiver thingy. This isn't too bad, but I feel like the abilities are lacking for a Magic Frame. Chroma can buff self kit and weapon, not change all physical damage to elemental damage and buff for tankyness, a augment mod that add damage reduction while Ozma channel it's 4th ability but at cost of 5e/s and 10e/shot more and reduce energy pool by 25% ?
