Hades (New Warframe idea)

I like to talk about abilities 1st

Passive: Hades's dog cerberus is present by his side at all times. Cerberus will remain alive after Hades's death, remaining near the place it last saw its owner. (Cereburs does not have 3 heads until an ability is activated, instead he'll appear as a normalish dog with 1 head)

 

1st ability - As hades melee attacks ememies he gains dark energy. Hades can choose to keep his dark energy gained which will increase his damage output, give him 35% damage reduction, and 30% damage evasion. Or he can expel this energy causing each succesfully landed attack (from any weapon) to deal more damage. While using his dark energy weapons have infinite ammo until the ability is canceled or the ability duration ends. The duration is affected by the ammount of dark energy hes gained.

 

2nd ability - Hold the button for this ability to cause Cerberus to show his true form, exposing all 3 of his heads and growing to a size slightly taller and much wider than a warframe, this will start an energy drain.      Tap this button to cause you to take control of Cerberus in his final form. Your warframe will continue to move because your OPERATOR is still controlling. You the player are just looking at the world from Cerberus's point of view.

     Controlling Cerberus:

     -Press the "melee button" to perform heavy damaging bite attacks.

     -Press the "fire weapon" button to cause Cerberus to breath out fiery dark energy, dealing elemental damage that is the same of your primary weapon.

     -Press the "aim button" to pounce on an enemy and devour their soul, instantly killing the enemy, and granting cerberus health regeneration for 10 seconds (The ability cannot be used again until the health regen buff goes away).

 

3rd ability - Summon a tower from the ground. This tower will increase ally's, who are within range of it, duration of abilitys and cause certain abilities to regenerate its health by 2% per second (like frost snow globe or nekros shadows). This is a duration based ability, the buff it gives does not affect itself but can affect hades's 4th ability.

 

4th ability - Once this ability is activated, enemies that fall below 25% health will have a hole spawn beneath their feet if theyre within a certain range of hades, causing them to fall into it and instantly die as the hole closes. All nearby squad members weapons become embedded with dark energy and for every enemy this happens that dies to hades's 4th ability, Hades and allies will gain 2% more damage to weapons and have 10% of their current magazine ammo replenished to ammo consumption weapons. This is a duration based ability.

 

An alternative to controlling Cerberus:

While viewing hades in your arsenal you have an option to use Cerberus without hades! As if cerberus is its on warframe! Cerberus 3 heads will be exposed at all times unless the 2nd ability is activated. (This is simular to a little minigame called wyrmus except youd be able to use this companion in actual missions like defense, spy missions, index, etc with other players)

The primary weapon slot is replaced with something ill call "Cerberus's beam attack" that is capable of using all primary beam weapon mods.

The seconday weapon slot is replaced with something ill call "Cerberus's fire ball attack" that is capable of using all explosive secondary weapon mods

And the melee weapon is replaced with something ill call "Cerberus's claw and bite attacks" capable of using all claw melee weapon mods except stance mods. It has its own stance mod.

Now the abilities:

1st ability: change the stance of Cerberus with the ears changing from sticking straight up, to almost straight backwards, and hanging downward on each stance separately. Each stance provides different buffs.

Further description:

The 1st stance (supportive): Cerberus and nearby allies gain 30% increased ability strength, range, and duration.

The 2nd stance (aggresive): allows the player to deal 100% more attack damage and gain 100% more ability strength. In addition enemies damaged by this warframes abilities and attacks are now set enemys on fire.

The 3rd stance (defensive): with ears hanging downwards Cerberus gets 30% damage reduction with 100 health regeneration per second. 

2nd Ability: Cerberus creates 2 copies of himself that rise from the ground, remain on all fours, and stay within 20m of Cerberus's last aimed location during ability activation. Allies and objectives within this range gain a constant 20% sheild regeneration buff and abilities (like nekros shadows with 0 shield regeneration delay. Ability last for 30 seconds and cost 50 energy to use. This will remove 2 of his 3 heads leaving you the middle 1 in animation simular to Equinoxes duality augment.

The copies btw will be using their own version of Cereburs 3rd and 4th ability. 

3rd ability:  Hold your 3rd ability button down to cause cerberus to leap to your last aimed location. When he lands he lets out a shockwave ragdolling enemies hit and pushing them away from where cerberus lands. Great for reducing heat on players or objectives.

Or tap the button to perform slow but high damage dealing attacks with your claws made bigger with your energy (simular to raven from a show called teen titans). Cost 35 energy per swing and deals your total melee weapon damage as damage multiplied by 2, ignoring enemy armor and sheilds.

4th Ability: Let out a massive roar dealing damage based off of what stance is being used.

Further description:

1st stance deals blast damage

2nd stance deals magnetic damage

3rd stance deals corrosive damage

All have 75% chance to proc status effects.

Enemies hit will be staggered and have a 100% chance to run in fear for 8 seconds. This ability cost 100 energy to use, takes away your ability to jump for the duration, deals 65% of targets max health and shields as bonus damage per second, and the ability will last for a max of 4 seconds unaffected by duration mod. Has a 20m range in a cone like shape and can be used while the frame's sprint is active. [Help from @Xgomme]

Stats at max rank:

350 health

250 shield

150 armor

180 energy

So what do you think? Its a combination of some of my old frames and khora. Using a dog or kubrow instead of a kavat just fyi.

The Cerberus I’m picturing as a bulky kubrow. 

Hades is king of the underworld, the dead, Hell, which ever name they choose. I’ve seen different hades from different movies, games, etc. that did different things. The most common powers were raising the dead and unleashing hellfire. 

So it makes me picture him being able to retrieve fallen enemies’ souls which increases his ability strength. Similar to the mutation stacks. But casting abilities uses up those soles which means to build up the ability strength to the max you have to use your weapons. To prevent endless spamming of OP abilities. 

I am picturing his Cerberus having 3 heads with 3 different elements, fire, cold and electricity. At the same time I’m picturing the Cerberus has different ability effects depending on the energy color. Purple or black could be darkness while the rest I’m sure you already know. But instead of simply inflicting that elemental damage on them, he gains unique abilities or stats:

Red-orange/fire: increased damage.

light blue-white/ice: increased armor.

green/toxic: maybe like an energy cost reduction on how long he remains after summoned. 

blue/electricity: speed is increased, allowing him to run and attack multiple targets. 

purple-black/darkness: enemies have a chance to run away in fear.

Those are a more simple/basic idea of what I mean. And the lotus pattern(or whatever pattern chosen) lit up in the elemental effect. So if you chose red-orange/fire for example, instead of just being that color it would look like he has fire running along the pattern on his body. And possible his eyes have that glow to them. Cerberus could even shoot the element out but that may be too much.

Would say that equipping a kubrow would turn it into Cerberus for a more permanent limit. While also providing it the unique mods that come with the kubrow. Maybe considered OP but what’s the difference if having 2 pets at the same time, both strengthened by the warframe and link mods?

Maybe the more souls collected, the more heads Cerberus sprouts for additional effects? 

Then I’m picturing being able to summon minions of fire that run around with Silva and Aiges looking weapons that attack nearby enemies with melee attacks. The number of minions depends on the number of souls collected. They won’t be shaped like any of the enemies so there won’t be as much confusion. When killed they explode and inflict blast damage or fire. Their health could depend on your health. And their damage obviously depends on your power strength. They pretty much follow you like how syndicate allies do. 

Thats just a few. You pretty much got all the rest.
