non linear levels

The levels, defininet by the objective to be done, and its almost always just one at a time. So i thought how about missions with different ways to solve them.

Maybe multiple ways to go to the objectives, with different side objectives, depending on the path chosen. Or completing multiple path at the same time by splitting up (like mulitple cetus bounty steps at once), yielding some kind of bonus, like a weakened bos at the end. This would need a more komplex level generation, which would need to allow circles. Maybe including level transitions like the cetus gate, to allow chaining somaller missions to a raid. The transition time could be used to spend credits on one time bonuses in the mission, like a pre explored map or a point in the mission where you can swith to a different loadout set once.

All in all i would like a mission with more meaningfull choices.
