My dudes is it socially acceptable to get the normal Oberon instead of the prime cause all of my warframes are either:

1. a prime warframe

2. a warframe without a prime 

so can i get the regular oberon and potato it cause he looks fun 

option b. is to suck it up and farm the 

1. morphics

2. cryo

3. nitain 

4. plat (for the reactor)

i need to make mirage prime 

what do i do pls halp

You can get which ever version you want. Its personal preference. The Prime version is only a different skin and has (slightly) better stats.

Yes. It is always ok to use the normal version and instead of the Prime version.

IMO regular Oberon has one of the best looking frame designs among the regular frames (that's not counting alt helmets or skins, straight up base regular look).

It's OK to go for normal instead of prime frame but you will eventually want to get that prime for some mastery or better look. You can always just have prime blueprints in your inventory and craft them whenever you will like.

You can totally use none prime variants.

 

I myself prefer to use prime or when the Warframe doesn't have a prime I'll use the none primed version. I do like when death orbs spit out 250 energy because you're prime. I also find the extra amount of energy, health, and armor to be too enticing to not want. I personally prefer to use primed frames only but if a missions needs it I will use a none primed if it doesn't have a prime to begin with.

Well, of course you do you my bro, but I believe the standard skin is bundled with the prime when you craft it. So you can have vanilla oberon with prime stats..

but yeah, you do you.
