Ores / Loot not showing up in minimap (PoE) until you void dash

I had found some old locked posts about this topic, but since now that i need to constantly use operator to keep my builds this became just unbearable - it is tied somehow to void mode, or zenurik energy dash, because it's how you fix it and how you cause it to happen. It's not only mine nodes. Nova with the range build you can simple miss 5-6 wisps per run just because the game don't refresh (gonna use this term because i really don't know what's happening) the minimap - and this can means hours and hours of more grinding and frustration. Ores is the same. There is nothing for miles, then you void dash to recover energy and boom, 11 nodes right in your face (and you probably lost 20 in the way). And sadly i start to notice this too late, after farm more than 100 wisps. Here one example (i have the advanced nosam cutter equipped, loot detector and animal instinct):
