UI Cursor Sensitivity does not work at all.

I play alot of competitive FPS games at 800 DPI with a 41cm 360 and even at 0 sensitivity in-game with 800 DPI I have a 29cm 360 which is insanely fast for me.. I just can't get used to it. To achieve my 41cm 360 I have to change my DPI to 400.. which is fine.. for when I'm in game.. but I cannot use menus at 400 DPI. Having to switch my DPI everytime I alt+tab out is extremely annoying also. This UI Cursor Sensitivity Setting was a dream come true... except.. it doesn't work.. at all. Adjusting the value has no impact on the speed at which the cursor moves. Please fix it so anytime I use my cursor in game I can equalize it to an 800 DPI feel. This is really messing with my muscle memory in other games to the point where I don't even want to play Warframe anymore because it's affecting my performance in the competitive games that I play. I'm not the only one who has a problem with this either.. I've recently turned a few of my friends onto Warframe and they simply stopped playing within a day or two because they aren't willing to change their sensitivity either.

This seems like a minor fix, please get it working. The only other solution I see is to make your sensitivity sliders capable of achieving a 50cm 360 at 800 DPI with 0-0-0 on the sliders. Take notes from Overwatch and possibly add a decimal system to achieve our true sensitivity settings. You wouldn't believe how important this is for people who play FPS games seriously. You may even think about adding custom crosshairs to the game as well.. the default one sucks.

At this point I feel like I either have to choose between my FPS games.. or Warframe.. =(

UI cursor sensitivity settings does change speed for controller users, but not mouse users. Maybe that option should be renamed to "UI Cursor Sensitivity (controller)".

I did find a problem for mouse users. Warframe in fullscreen mode ignores the windows mouse settings of pointer speed and precision settings. Only when the game is set to borderless or windowed will the game then use windows mouse pointer speed settings for menus. Full screen using too fast or too slow mouse pointer speed that cannot be changed by neither windows mouse settings nor in-game option, dumb.

Since this is most certainly not an issue of the general variety, as most people are not experiencing it, how about some specifics? Which mouse? Which peripheral software? What settings parameters applied? Which operative system? Then finally, which warframe settings are applied?
Taking the issue seriously starts with presenting the issue seriously. Demands and "reminders" of demands not being filled rarely go anywhere.

This issue affects everyone on PC because it's a setting for controllers. I was under the impression it was for mouse controls but it doesn't affect that.

Also my mouse wouldn't be the issue.. it's a driverless professional gaming mouse.
