Eidolon lenses provide about double the focus regular lenses do, but require 4 regular lenses (and a forma) to make.  

Initially, it is worth using normal lenses to ensure all the equipment you regularly use is fitted out.

I would say yes, if you can reliably run the max Cetus bounties to have a chance at the Eidolon Lens, grab them for long term focus gains. Its noticeable I have found. If the high cost to craft them, needing getting Greater Lens of the needed type and Breath of Eidolon, then regular lens on a commonly used variant of the warframe you like could last you until you get the real ones.
