(XBOX)MidnightTerrors Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 I've got a buddy of mine that I've been trying to get into Warframe. He has never played the game before and we are trying to get him signed in on the Xbox. Once we get to the login screen it'll hang for about 5 seconds and then say that he has failed to connect to the server. We have tried uninstalling the game on two occasions and have yet to have any luck in him getting signed in. On top of that I know the game is not corrupted because I can sign in on his Xboxwith my accout and get into my game without any issue. Alternatively we also tried having him sign in on my Xbox with the same error. A lot of the troubleshooting guides say that we need to delete his saved data from the Xbox but there is no saved data since he is not logged in or created an account yet. Also we have tried deleting his account from my Xbox and adding it back in with no success. Any ideas as I'd like to add one more person to our fold?
