Claiming unknown error

This issue has been going on for 2 years now where when I attempt to claim my kubrow's genetic imprint but receive an unknown error prompt. After receiving the message, if I attempt to claim my imprint again then I will receive the same unknown error message. This has prevented me from using genetic templates with other kubrows or my kavat. This error has occured before when I claim items in the foundry but it resolves itself and I would be able to claim whatever item I was trying to claim. If anybody has any advice on what I can do it is welcomed. I'd love to be able to resume using this feature of the game.
