Who won the Devstream 115 prizes?

People with bad internet miss chunks of the stream because of buffering,
but unless the prize winner chooser has rules on who to pick, that shouldn't prevent them from wining.
As long as you're watching, you should be able to win.
If someone misses who won do to buffering, bathroom brakes, or other life stuff,
then posting the winner's names in the "thank you for watching" post every time would be helpful for them.
