PoE Perfomance problem

This started  to happen to me since the last 3 hot-fixes.
Besides playing in a mid-end laptop, I'm playing PoE since launch with no big issues, the was somehow within expected for a open world.

Since the last hot-fixes it just my fps just freak out sometimes, It goes from 38-45 to almost crashing and back within couple seconds.

There's no special observation, it wasn't when someone loadup, when the grineer drop, neither when these missiles get down on my head, it simply happen when wants.
