Just tried it out myself. Went in alone into a veil mission and enemies took 3 shots max. So those who were worrying, well good news. The Cryophon is still amazing.
I've spent the last couple days running the math on these changes and have done some testing in game to confirm. TL:DR Now: Cryophons across the board are at 44.45% their previous base damages, they lost* 55% of their damage, more than half.
