Rank Up System Fails To Work

Dear Tenno's,

 

whenever I press 'rank up', my screen turns black and a few seconds later I see a ship flying through space and it seems like it starts to load something. However, I just end up getting back in my ship like nothing happened before.

 

I've already tried it over 4 times now, but it keeps happening. I even reinstalled the whole game but the issue still isn't fixed. 

 

If anyone has any idea how to fix this, please do not hesitate :)

Worst thing is.. it registers as a failed attempt. So you are stuck with the 24 hour cooldown.

For whatever reason, it sometimes cancels the mission, without even giving you a try. Maybe it happens when you start it from a certain menu, maybe some other reason. In either way, this is still an issue for many players.

It is highly disruptive and annoying if you get ready for a rank up mission and then end up having to wait 24 hours because you didn't even get to try it. Even worse if it happens several times in a row.
