[Bug] Kick To Login Screen

Hi,

I don't know if anybody else has the same problem.

Since U18.0 I get kicked out of Warframe back to the login screen at the end of a mission.

I can reproduce this by joining multiple teams (on different alerts or popular missions).

About the third random team I join in, when the mission is done, I don't get any rewards and have to enter password again.

When I boot Warframe I get 'Login Failed' the first time I enter my password (mail remembered).

As of 18.0.2 this doesn't appear to be solved.

Steps I've taken to resolve:

- Check File Integrity Cache through Steam client.

- Verify Downlad Cache through Warframe client.

- Optimize Download Cache through Warframe client (this appears to delay the problem, not 100% though)

- Disable all graphic options in Warframe client (Directx10, 11; 64bit mode; bulk download; aggresive download; multi-threaded rendering; Launcher GPU Acceleration)

- Update my drivers

- Uninstall Warframe, clean harddisk, defrag harddisk, delete local files, reboot PC, re-download Warframe, install again

- Full Antivirus scan (Avast)

- Full Malware scan (Spybot Search & Destroy)

System:

OS: windows 8.1, 64bit

GPU: GTX 680

RAM: 16GB DDR3

CPU: Intel i7-3770K CPU @3.5GHz

Nope, got kicked out when i finished the first extermination mission.

I also had problems with logging in, my password was right but it said that it was not, it worked the third time with the same right password.

I also tried launching the game trough steam and with the launcher i downloaded from the site, still had the issue.

The problem is obviously a certain incompatibility in our network settings, network in general like ports, firewall, etc..

DE could see what network conditions/requirements they have set for U18 and then find the reason of this bug.

Or tell us how to adapt our settings to fix it.

Uhm, i'm not an expert in these things, just made a conclusion.

I don't have any antivirus at the moment.

And i use only the standard windows firewall.

Testing firewall is a good idea.

I wonder if DE has already taken note of this issue, they would find the solution way sooner.

Found a workaround (at least it worked for me), seems like it's a dns related probelem changing the dns to google public dns fixed it for me
to do so go to Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center>Connections>Properties>Double click "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP\IPv4)">Tick "Use the following DNS server addresses"> Set "preferred  DNS server" to 8.8.8.8 and "Alternate DNS sever" to 8.8.4.4> ok, ok, close

hopefully this helps

Ty Hexxeh, that appears to have done the trick.

Weird that gaming server is published correctly (to almost all DNS servers) but the database that keeps xp & rewards wasn't.

Oh well, problem fixed, thanks again!
