[Login] No Login Rewards Unless Completed One Non-Story Mission

Description:  A new Tenno on a fresh account will NOT receive Login Rewards OR see/participate in Alerts UNLESS they complete at least ONE non-story mission.

 

Details: I wasn't aware of this requirement and it resulted in me missing out on an entire Day's worth of Login Rewards.  Save yourself the trouble and make sure you avoid this same issue!

 

Where: Any new account

 

When: Anytime

 

How:

 

1 - Make a brand new account.  Spend the first day doing a few of the Story Missions only.

 

2 - Login the next day and finish up your Story Missions until after the confrontation mission on Mercury when you're free to choose missions.

 

3 - Relog to obtain your Day Two Login Rewards, skipping the first day completely.

 

Potential Solutions:

 

1 - Login Rewards should occur always and as soon as the Tenno first reaches their ship.  Login Rewards should also be granted while still online even after daily reset.  Daily Resets should be communicated to new players (UTC midnight).

 

2 - Communicate to the new Tenno they must complete at least one NON-STORY Mission to qualify for Login Rewards (and must relog to obtain their Day One Rewards).  Ideally this communication could be done via the existing 'Inbox' system in-game.
