Froze In Middle Of A Mission, Defroze After It Kicked Everyone, Lost The Mission And All The Rewards

Not sure if this is the right forum. So i was playing T4D we were at wave 19, doing fine with some friends, we were lucky and Berserker mod dropped, middle of wave 19, it @(*()$ froze (i was the host), after a solid minute it defroze, i was alone, WF kicked all my friendes, lost the defence along with all the rewards.

 

All my friends got to keep the mod and the things we got from the waves, im so @(*()$ pissed, sad thing is i just got a 75% discount on platinum and was seriously thinking on buying some tomorrow. After this i'd hardly waste money on this kind of performance.

 

What im asking is if i can get all the things we got from the run including that mod (that is my biggest issue). I dont have much time to play, with work and college i can only play very little, so all that time spent in nothing and even striping me from my rewards really, really pisses me off.
