  1. When trying to select a blue print for Large Team Heal Restore Blue Print from the Steel Meridian as my Ran up reward the game will not redeem the reward. Instead the screen will just dim making any buttons and keyboard actions unusable forcing me to restart my game. I am able to select the Sigils to rank up but i am unable to select the large heath restore blue print as my reward. This bug was also present with the Red Veil when trying to select the large ammo restore as my rank up reward.

    Hey everyone, it looks like there's a major bug affecting all syndicates/factions (including Simaris & PvP) where attempting to claim the rank-up rewards result in your game being locked up on the reward screen while being unable to claim the reward. For the time being please avoid ranking up your syndicates until it's fixed!

     

    In the meanwhile, if you accidentally get stuck on the screen, there is a workaround SoldatoDiMorte found which lets you get back to playing without force-quitting the game:

    Workaround i used to bypass the requirement to pick a Reward:
    1. Press the Team Invite Button as if you were going to invite a friend to party, and cancel (press Esc) the action
    2. Press Esc to bring up the menu
    3. Select Equipment -> Arsenal
    4. Exit Arsenal
    5. Character is free to continue playing.

  2. This bug has been around since the release of Update 14. While in a solo mission if I attempt to pause the game in solo mode it often does not pause the game. Some times it works and pauses but most of the time it acts like a public, private, invite only mode and doesn't pause the game. 

  3. There is only one thing that really bothers me with the new HUD (otherwise it's pretty cool): My health and shield are *still*

    displayed at the top right corner of my screen (and the energy at the lower right corner), which means that while I'm inside of an intense firefight, they're completely useless (I play on a 24" screen with 1920x1080): The millisecond delay that naturally happens when I shift my focus to the health/shield/energy level (of myself or my teammates) and process the numbers in my head while shifting my attention back to the center of the screen is enough so that I can miss something and get myself - or worse, a teammate - killed (especially on higher difficulty missions). This might not be a problem for smaller screen sizes, but 24" is not so uncommon anymore that you can just ignore it.

    The solution - as done by many FPS games in the past - is moving these elements (health, shield, and energy level) to the horizontal center of the screen. It doesn't even matter if it's at the top, the bottom, or even around the targeting circle, but it has to be at - or at the very least extremely near - the horizontal center to accommodate widescreens. It doesn't even have to be fixed, you could just make it movable or only available as a toggle option, so people who prefer these elements where the are right now can keep them there, but it really must happen. Because with the way things are now, I can only check my health/shield/energy level while not inside a firefight (usually right before and right after) which is pretty unsafe, but at least doesn't give me a performance drop.

     

    I really like this game, please make this happen.

    Agreed, it would be great if the hud was more flexible. I would really like to move my mini map, health/shields,  and abilities to where ever I want on the screen. This would really help solve most of this issues with the hud everyone would be happy with their own hud set up. 

  4. When placing the data mass into the system the timer to defend it does not appear. No additional enemies spawn, the timer never finishes, and the mission breaks. This bug has appeared about 4-5 times to me and my group and began to happen after update 12. It didn't matter who was the host and even if the host disconnects and a new host is selected the bug doesn't change. This bug often occurs on Eris: Cyath.

  5. To be honest I don't really mind the changes that much to the HUD what has been bothering me the most about the current HUD is the lack of customization. Since DE is considering making changes to the HUD I think functionality and customization should be the priority not a new style and look. I think a lot people would like to be able to move and scale the health box, mini map, and weapon box freely around the screen and have their own custom set up. For instance the health, shield, energy box is in the upper right corner of the screen, this extremely important info is tucked away to the top right the screen, my preference would be to place it near the bottom left/middle of the screen.

     

    In other third person games like Tera Rising online the HUD is very customize-able allowing the player to place and scale their health, party health, buffs/de-buffs, and action buttons where ever they want on the screen. If you want to know more on what I mean the game is free to play so you can test the HUD out to get a better understanding. I don't know how difficult that would be to implement into the game but it would make a lot of people happy. If players don't like how the default positions are allowing players to make their own comfortable HUD would greatly enhance the experience. 

  6. I got the same bug in my void mission. He was about to go down but then he did absorb and just went invincible after he was done casting it. He killed his target (me) but still stuck around attacking the rest of the group.
