3 lokis max range disarm and 1 vauban max duration.With the finisher damage i was dealing almost 30-40k with my baby scindo prime :)

Hysteria does not take into account Weapon Attack speed.
So most weapons have a higher base attack speed compared to Hysteria.
(Hysteria used to use weapon attack speed but that was back with Floating punch.)
Currently Dual Cleavers are better than Dual Ichors if only worried about Hysteria damage. With or without Syndicate Mod equipped. (PS4 shows Dual Cleavers at 35.1 base damage vs. Dual Ichors 35 base damage; same Crit chance and multiplier, and attack speed is negligible.)
My issue with Hysteria besides God-mode, is the combos do not navigate mobility wise. (Hard to turn towards new enemy)
She has no way of extending her claws (reach) (Would have been nice if Range affected her attack range and Aura for incoming damage to be applied at duration end, but we only have Range affecting the latter.) Stamina used to be infinite back with Floating punch, now it drains too quickly and leaves you 'out of breath' to move towards other targets to melee them.
Arch-melee style pouncing from target to target should have attack-lunge based on Range mods for Hysteria and it would be the melee equivalent of auto-kill Bladestorm.
-With a change like that I would prefer to see damage mitigation replace 'God mode' but keep Valkyr immune to status effects, while all incoming damage can only be applied to Armor protected health. (No armor ignoring Bleed procs. Damage mitigation would be applied before Armor protection, allowing her health and Armor stats to be useful for Rage and Steel fiber to do soemthing while Hysteria is active. With all incoming damage ignoring Shields she would still have Synergy with Paralysis.)
Also, I would be delighted to have Hysteria damage only scale with Power strength and no longer rely on certain weapons------mainly because I use Obex and they are not the most viable for Hysteria(which I do not use at the moment, at all.)
So what your saying is that just about December last year when i just joined Hysteria still used Weapon attack speed, And Now shes slower then me on a Monday morning. If that's the case i don't see how valkyr is viable as a frame. [Dont flame me, i do not understand the mechanics that much which is why i am asking]. So, do i even need to bother Formaing her now or until hysteria gets fixed.

Are you supposed to attack slower in hysteria ?. I was using dual ichors with fury and berserk . Was hitting like a drunk sailor

Yeah i love the game, and the community is great too. In part they helped speed the process. Idk too , im gonna try it. If i get a ban or something i`ll send a ticket in. Hopefully nothing happens. thanks guys

Start fresh and eventually give it to my little brother. because he says he wants to play. But wants me to level it up, i dont mind because the most fun i had was when i started playing it in the beginning . So every now and agian he might need something or etc. Just want to know if it is ok to do that.

Started playing war frame about 3 weeks ago. My Mr got quite high . But i want to have the feel of starting over again.
Question is Can i make another war frame account and play it on the same computer. Meaning , I would have My main and another which i go to from time to time.?

Like any Rpg, If you have the will to work towards the goal, you will achieve it. I like that there are limitations on every aspect of war frame. Without it i would have gotten everything and quit within 3 weeks.
