[How long it can take DE to respond]

Negative Plats, i probably spent them too fast before they we're verified ._.' Now i'm in deficit of -2699.

(I've saw many cases like this one where ppl would spent them too quickly, even when the plats were not fake)

(I don't know where to post this but i'm not reporting any bug so i guess i can put it here)

I made a ticket about my suspended account (August 17, 2018 19:32) and all i've got now is 3 automatized mails with exactly the same WORDS

So if there's someone here that waited months to get an answer, could you tell me ? (Cuz i've search before and they all said; "It can't take some hours" and the longest was "1 Week")
