[Remove mod capacity limit in Simulacrum]

I think removing the mod capacity limit for weapons and warframes while in the Simulacrum would be a good idea. It would allow the Simulacrum to a lot more useful as players could test new builds and try others players suggested builds with out having to commit a lot of time and forma. It would make sense as the Simulacrum is a simulation and would not affect game play outside of the Simulacrum (besides giving players more knowledge if they test using the Simulacrum first).

I would disagree with top tier players running corosive projection on EVERYTHING as it does nothing (basically) unless you're fighting Grineer or Corrupted. I use Enemy Radar more than Corrosive.
