[Alad V Multiple Keys Consumed]

I was invited to a group for a key-share for Alad V (Eris) and after we played trough the first key, another tenno put his key up but when we completed that second mission we realized that it had not only consumed his key but my key as well.  This happened at around 10:55 P.M. 09/10/2015. Right before the mission start my screen and the screen of one other tenno did not display the "accept" or "decline" mission buttons, but instead the one who put the key up had to start the timer. This kind of occurrence has happened to me twice before in void missions were my key was consumed along with someone else's.
