[Frost FPS Drop Bug]

I've found a bug that allows Frost players to use the Ice Wave ability to temporarily cause a huge FPS drop. At the end of a Fissure mission, if you jump into the air as the countdown at the end of a rotation is almost over, you can use the Ice Wave in the air to cause massive FPS drop throughout the selection screen. It returns to normal after you are done with the selection of a new relic. I've tested it multiple times and it is easily repeatable.
