[Cant revive during bounty]

so I just played a bounty and there were no bugs until I died. I wasn't able to revive and when my squadmates finished the bounty I got nothing. no reward, nothing. I then went to check to see if I could do the bounty over and it said it was completed... so... I completed the bounty... and got nothing... is this supposed to happen?
