I have a reason to use caps in the title.
After working tirelessly for ~5 hours, I've finally tracked down, unblocked, downloaded and translated 4 Chinese Warframe Trailers.
They can be viewed on my channel, and (I checked) this is the first time these trailers are available on YouTube.

To those who are still pissed about the "China-exclusive" Shadow/Umbra Excalibur Prime, those corkscrew primed throwing knives and that primed melee weapon, please stop. They will be available to us in as little as 30 days.

I use the information that's given to us and everyone else, then apply common sense and add some plausible reasoning while taking a step back and looking at the whole situation as a whole.

On the last topic you admitted that you are selfish that's why you don't want the Umbra Prime Excal to be released internationally right? is that common sense and looking the whole situation? Strike 2..

You aren't part of DE, we aren't part of DE and we don't get a say in the matter.
They probably even paid DE some extra to have them make Excal Umbra prime so they have a better chance of doing well in China.
DE probably agreed to it because Chinese warframe is a separate version, with fresh launch and a completely new playerbase.
This is their founder pack, this is possible because the game is new in China. They don't share our playerbase directly so they need to build it from scratch there.
They have every reason to have their own founder pack on PCs and consoles because their game is new and is completely segregated from this global version which you and I are part of.

You aren't going to get anything exclusive other than console specific skins, get over this fact already.
You aren't going to get excalibur prime(founders here) and you aren't going to get Excalibur Umbra prime(founders over in China).
You said it yourself, We don't get a say in this matter. But why do you always claim that we are not going to get the international version of excal prime umbra? You have more announcements than DE Rebecca ^_^ do you work inside DE or changyou?
You are like a horse with blinders/blinkers who just sees Umbra Excalibur and wants to get it, disregarding all reason and common sense surrounding the fact that you are 99% not going to get it.

Excalibur Prime is the hallmark of founding Warframe in the global build. Umbra Excalibur (whether it's Prime or not, I'm speaking of it's appearance) will be the hallmark of founding Warframe in the China build. To bring Umbra Excalibur to the global build (AGAIN, whether it's "Prime" or not is irrelevant) completely circumvents the significance of being a founder. Proto Excalibur was absolutely fine because it was not a founding item for any build and had no similarities in appearance to Excalibur Prime, but that's not the case for Umbra Excalibur. I really hope DE doesn't throw their initial funders under the bus and makes the right call on this.

I do get your point. But what is clearly stated in the Founder's pack? you get the Excal prime exclusive and won't be released again. Period.
They did their part. Kudos to DE. Now does that stop them from releasing the new Excal internationally? Some founders say yes because of their own reasons. But does that break the promise or the fine print stated on the founders pack? Yes or No? nope.
Not only would they get money from it you can get salty all you want but filling a complaint legally or not DE kept their word.

I don't know, but this is what we have so far....
DE creates all the content, sends it to Changyou/PW. They decide how run their version of warframe and what assets to use.
DE(in this instance) created an exclusive frame/skin (umbra prime) for Changyou/PW so they have the same thing as our equivalent package, to kickstart the launch in their country.
I don't know how exactly they are managing what gets into global from China's exclusives but it's "too good to be true" for us to get China's founder-only package.
Now there are 2 sides, the side that believes Rebecca and take her post word for word. The other side is from native Chinese speakers translating what Changyou said on the matter and hence correcting Rebecca and clearing the situation.
If you ask me, it's far more plausible that Rebecca left out "Prime" than Chinese side lying about the whole matter on the first launch.
Come on guys applaud kiteohatto! all this information he's giving us! Kudos helpful tenno!

That's my point. All those Founders salty about a new Founders pack- newsflash, a lot of people here are salty (including myself) for not picking it up back in the day and we have to deal with it, as your high-Excellencies tell us daily, but no one's paying attention to this, everyone's crying about "But muh Excal-Pee looks nuffin liek dat!".
And I hope DE is paying attention to this .
This whole situation is another PRIME example of lack of information from the devs.
Yeah like a player like me who started playing 4 months ago that never got the chance to buy the founder's pack or even the previous prime accessories. So the rule for DE is if you're a new player then sorry for you coz you played too late? first the gp mag nerf, the removal of coptering, the huge wall of grind and this?
Sad but true: China is doing better promoting and making their own WF version.

These items are NEVER coming through trader, as stated in the prime accesories page, it may only be available in other prime access packs.
I wasn't suggesting those prime accessories to come through baro, but in the warframe store.

I started playing Warframe April of this year which had the Volt Prime Access. Now I have all frames except for Excal Prime and most of the weapons and mods thanks to plat. Whenever I see a frame/item in Warframe that i like I immediately buy them in Plat like Loki P. One time I played with someone who had a Prime accessory; Pyra syandana prime. Seeing that prime accessory I wouldn't think twice on buying it.
However, because I was too late to play warframe I never got the chance to buy them in store. (Btw, I learned Warframe through a game review site.)It would really be great if DE would consider bringing those prime accessories back in store so that players like me would be able to get them. It would benefit both the company and the new players.
P.S since Warframe China would let players give them the chance to buy Excal prime, it would be great if you would also bring that to all other regions.

I agree with your point, putting this huge wall of grind would be the start of many problems of Warframe.. oh btw, be ready for the comments from the players who would disagree with you and tell you to stop playing this game since you are complaining lol

If you are lazy and do not care to grind, simply do not play the game, go play something like..scrabble or something :P
Hi mister. While I do respect your generation of arcade something, time's changed. Just because our generation doesn't fit what you were used to, you cant tell us to stop playing. And please there is no generation of "working hard to get what we want". I played for 3 months and bought plat to rush my frames and weapons. I don't like the grind, removing coptering and slowing the run speed of frames would make it worse. Grinding a minimum of 40 minutes per run would bore the hell out of me for a 3rd person action game.
PS. I'd like to send an sms or email to my friends instead of sending a snail mail like in the 80's.

Let me set this straight. THANK YOU for the change. You've replaced something that was functional garbage for anyone holding 30+ in their inventory to something that has actual trade-in value (ducats at the very least).
It's good to see you reacted, and you reacted quickly. I hope you don't take too much fire from above for it.
HOWEVER, as the negative response to a positive change after a MASSIVE negative outburst displayed, there are deeper issues at work here. The community and you, the devs, have gotten so far out of touch that even positive changes create negative response now. We need to return to a climate where we're not persistantly against you, and you don't evoke the feeling that you're actively working against us.
There will be more outrage. Painfull changes have to be made. Draco has to be gone, the Starchart itself is getting a huge overhaul. Mobility and the way we play are going to change as a whole (see the coptering comment on page one).
I just wish you would communicate this in a better way! I feel like every change you announce mainly backs the intent of slowing player progression, to sell us that feeling of progression back for nickle and dime. No choice of mission type AND slowed down movement (a MASSIVE change of CORE GAMEPLAY mind you), so we can "explore" more? It feels like even that change had slowdown as its true motivation in the background.
I know it's hard to balance out paid boosting and actual player progression. I know your business model operates on teasing us out of tiny chunks of our money. Hell, even i broke my iron rule and rushed Ash Prime, against what i said in my large youtube video on why i think cosmetic content beats free2wait mechanics.
Just, BE AWARE of the climate you've fostered. And PLEASE review the way you're communicating with us. Smug comments on devstream don't help. If we have to resort to toxic spamming (mass purges/bans included) to even get a reaction out of you, MAYBE you've gotten a bit out of touch.
Keep an eye on the balance and PLEASE upgrade your communication. Be honest with us. We can take the truth. Teasing us instead will lead to long term player base losses, no matter if you concentrate us down to 20 nodes to eliminate "ghost towns".
Thank you for the great game you have created. Sorry that some of us are so negative towards you at times. I wish i wouldn't even have to write stuff like this. And i'm sure you wish we'd just happily liset'ed along in the origin system too.
I feel this polite players concern. Just started playing 3 months ago, even spent real money, now im starting to lose interest with their change of direction.
