Well after i posted that i got to thinking that it's third should be a team buff that Boost range (Such as Equinox's 3rd how it boosts either strength or debuffs enemy damage.) and it's passive should buff the power efficiency of allies. While it's other abilities could be self buffing and maybe incorporate some CC into it such as knock down or stun.

Abilities description: Acele is a supportive frame who specializes in boosting range and efficiency

 

Ps: This is all i have right now sadly if anyone has anything else to add to this everything is welcome (Name changes, abilities, colors, model, stats, exedra. With all the supportive frames we have now i've been asking myself "Why do we only have frames that boost damage or give us health and energy we need a frame the can boost those frames further" and out popped Acele.  Thank you!
