[Can't close Mission Failed Window]

I've had this bug between 5 and 10 times. All you can do is use the text chat.

[Limbo Rift Walk Bug]

No, I did not go down. I was unable to move or shoot, but I could zoom in with my rifle.  I could pull up the chat window and the menu screen and ended up abandoning the mission. 

 

I did take a screen shot, but I'm a bit of a noob to these forums and cannont figure out how to add it to my post...

[Limbo Rift Walk Bug]

So I was running Draco by myself on Limbo and needed very badly to activate Rift Walk to stay alive.  Apparently I hit 0 HP at the same time as activating Rift Walk and managed to Walk with 0 HP.  I then started to regen a bit of shields.  I would have used unstuck, but it was not working, and knowing no other way of bug reporting, I came here so maybe DE can see this.
