Rell has Autism, so his behavior is seen as different from the other kids (Why I'd assume he got left behind in the comic)
It also explains his behavior in the card segments, where his mom is telling him he's so smart for guessing an emotion correctly on a card.

I'd assume they're still trying to find a dividing point of replayability with older quests, I can't imagine something like Vor's Prize being replayable with us having everything we have unlocked already, and we do pick up our first gear there.

Question, why mark the post Xbox and PS4, neither platforms have the Melee Rivens available as of yet.

Nothing I'd assume. Though, I do hope more gets added there if you're allied with the said faction (Presumably add in all faction bases and allow us to visit them and do stuff with a certain standing)

I think what should happen is we should occasionally get a, "Hey Kiddo" from our Liset every few missions (20+ missions), and he shows up, and leaves when we stop looking.
Also when he leaves maybe play a little, "Rap, Tap, Tap" just for those extra chills.

I'd assume the ending lines from TWW (After choosing what to do with the Kuva blood) is the Man in the Wall talking to us.

I'd assume there's going to be much more to affect our alignment in the long run, considering it doesn't entirely have a use just yet is why I assume we can't redo our alignment with the Light or Dark.

Setting up for whatever the next cinematic quest is supposed to be, the continuation of the "Operator" questline (Natah, Second Dream, TWW, U21.4+?)

Been playing the update on my PC account, it's a helluva blast to play in my opinion.
Just recently took a break and came back to Warframe for the update, loving every part of it.

Try relogging, and if that doesn't work just give it time. If you don't have it by tomorrow I'd suggest filling out a support ticket.

This wouldn't be so bad, I've been wanting to import my Xbox data to PC for when my PC is built and finished.
Maybe even allow us to keep our exclusives from Consoles to PC and Vice-versa.
(I dunno how the Tennogen items would work then, since most are Steam-Paid)

Just make a new assassin, like a new sentient ordeal, in Archwing Missions, you have a random chance of getting a message from a new enemy who says, "You can haunt the ground, but we rule the skies..."
When he occurs, just have it be another form/puppet of the Sentient Hunhow, something similar in look to a sentient, but unique enough to look different.

Considering both consoles never got a chance at these, like the Legendary Core (before Sorties and the one devstream), it'd be nice to have weekends where for example, a level 50 Infested Survival, where you needed to survive anywhere between 20-30 minutes, to get the vandal, and the Lato would be a similar situation, like level 50 Grineer or Corpus Survival.
I'd like at least a chance to get these.

So if they had released Spectres of the rail to consoles at the same time as PC, you would be dealing with multiple game breaking bugs that would require multiple certifications which would mean people dealing with them for 1-2 weeks while the hotfixes are cert'ed.
Its better that most things are fixed on PC first, then consoles get a relativity good build that functions well.
Also you shouldn't be counting hotfixes as updates. Hotfixes are patches that are released just to fix things, they don't add any new content unlike updates. Really you are only 1 update behind PC.
The last few Console updates, they had hotfixes every few minutes.

I'd get Oberon and Magistar, but being honest here, Daikyu still has a ways until being primed.
For the case of Oberon being reworked and not primed, similar case can be said with Excalibur, sure he has a prime, but not every player can even get him, let alone 2/3 versions of the game. (Cosoles can't)

Anything not a Founder's Item has a slight chance to return sometime.
That being said, Braton Vandal returning would be strange, considering it was only available in an open beta weekend in 2013 or 2014 (can't remember)

Regardless of what you do in TWW, you always end up hearing the voice, which I assume would be The Man in the Wall.
