I can add myself to the list of constant stutter. It has become increasingly annoying and I'm almost at the point of uninstalling the game because there's no fun left at all.

 

Oh and my graphics card stays at about 30% usage at most, so that can't be the problem.

Got the exact same issue with The new Strange and Patient Zero. Can't klick exit and the loading screen won't go away...

Only thing you need to do to fix this glitch is install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013.

Nope, doesn't help at all. I get the same error with the Visual C++ 2013 installed, x86 and x64 versions.

[Dual Monitors - Mouse Cursors On Both Monitors]

Hi there,

 

since the last patch I can't play Warframe anymore. I've got a dual Monitor setup and am using them actively. When I play the game in Fullscreen I have mousecursors on both monitors so if I shoot or click anything at all, I will click stuff on my second monitor as well. Same for Borderless Fullscreen, where I can play but if i turn around with the mouse, the cursor will wander on the second monitor and I will click stuff there, loosing the focus in game, so I can't act or shoot properly.

 

Could you please take a look into that? Thanks.
