This is really more of an "Aesthetic" bug during the cinematic cutscenes, and not really a gameplay bug.
When I go play a cinematic quest, everything goes fine. It's just when Transference static happens in a cutscene (I.E.: When we find our Operators, when the Queens stick Kuva in our warframe's faces and cause a transference surge, when Ballas does that hand wavey thing and cause some sort of Transference interference.) This happens.
Other than that, nothing is terribly wrong? I can live with it. I fiddled with Resolution a bit and no change. I were apart of it and I only got this.
Anyone got any ideas on how this might be solved?
I'm not any rush to get it solved. If nothing else, I know for certain it was transference distortion that Ballas used. So the bug was useful for something.

I do agree with that.. Because as it for now.. my only vaulted relics are those from syndicates relics pack.. and 2.. from bounties when they are working.. (like 1 time out of 10)
Wwwwwait, we can get those from syndicates? I thought they were only from bounties.

OK, First. It is awesome that you guys are aware and are investigating the issue.
In the meantime, is there going to be any leeway for those affected by this bug? This has been happening way before 2 months. Normally, I'd just save myself the frustration of fighting this stupid bug and be patient with the fixes because I don't know how long they take because I haven't had much experience with problematic bugs like this before. In this case, we got the 2 month window for the unvaulted stuff in bounties.
If we can't get to the bounties we can't get the relics, which means no unvaulted prime stuff. The prime unvault got pretty much ruined for us as soon as it launched on PC because we had no clue that bounties were going to play a part in this.

My guess is, he spent a long time in the void.
Void exposure has an effect on the mind but i believe it can have an effect on the body as we can see from the Tenno powers.
Only thing I can think of that makes sense for this appearance. Plus, his eyes remind me of the Man in the wall's eyes when he takes control of the tenno.
Also, how is he not cold?

Personally, I think Helminth is someone who performed transference on infested, kind of like how Silvana used transferenced to permanently transfer her mind to the silver grove.
Besides, all warframes are 'infested'.

Before you go farming you should know there are 3 different mod loadouts for each warframe/weapon. You don't need to go farming parts and making space for a warframe you already have.

I was thirteen when I first used the name Climaxstriker and thought it sounded cool.
I didn't get as much crap about the name as people may think. I still got some "Nice name XD" comments though.

The umbra warframe is unobtainable right now. We don't know when it will be released.

Since we now have augment mods for all 4 abilities of Ash, Banshee, and Oberon, I have to ask: will every ability get an augment mod? Even Exalted blade?
