[Operation Scarlet Spear: Bug Reporting Megathread (Read First Post!)]

• TYPE: in-game, transitioning from orbiter to scarlet spear relay
• DESCRIPTION: Logged into warframe, went to navigation, selected scarlet spear, selected relay, got taken to a different relay
• VISUAL: 
  • NOTE: instance 26 wasn't even a listed option.  
• REPRODUCTION: follow typical steps to enter relay
• EXPECTED RESULT: i should have arrived on instance 15
• OBSERVED RESULT: i arrive in a different instance, and it's usually inactive.
• REPRODUCTION RATE: most of the time.  it was happening to both me and my friend last night.  When it happened this morning, i recreated the steps to get these images.  

possibility: relay is full, and i'm getting migrated to a different one because of that.  would much rather have a "relay full" message than deal with this frustration.

[Index Spawning Bug]

i just finished hard index where i was killd and dead at the last moment of round 2.  we continued, but i never respawned, and the respawn timer never showed up.

thankfully my team was able to finish it without me.

*edit* this has happed 3 times in 5-ish index runs

Yea.  same here.  and it virtually locked up my computer while it was doing its thing.  Finally played, tho without sound.

OH, then i restarted my computer and it started back at 35%.  T-T 

would it have killed them to put in a 'cancel' button?

i've seen the endo reward show up from time to time, but i'll keep watch on my total endo between runs to see if it's just not showing up.

had this happen to me 5 times now.  

you'd think they would have waited until after the event to push the harrow update.

i've gotten a barrel and endo successfully today, so it seems like its something else wrong with the fomorian drops
