It fixed itself for me somehow the same day i posted this back then

So me and couple of my friends had this bug already and it seems to happen when you try to open the chat window while loading in a mission. It does not seem to happen every time. The mouse cursor is visible when im in the ESC menu but is invisible when I try to chose leave or stay in a defense/interception mission. This happened to me about 5-8 times in the last week.

Edit 1: I think it got "added" after some of the Shrine of the Eidolon hotfixes happened because before those i didn't encounter it once.
