  1. I love Limbo. He's so interesting and powerful. His ability to control and area is absolutely top notch. However it's this very strength that hurts him.

As it is, anyone can grab limbo, put some minimal investments into his kit, and place cataclysm on an objective and use their 2 to make themselves and their objective untouchable. The one and only exception to this is Corpus and Corrupted Nullifiers (And bosses). Against the Grineer and the Infested, Limbo is in a state where it is nearly impossible to lose. Literally. Neither group can attack from outside the bubble, and neither of them have anything that allow their units into the bubble. With the ability that Limbo has to regenerate energy, he never has to leave the bubble either, making him effectively immortal against these enemies, along with any other ally targets or objectives within the sphere.

This leads to some.. pretty dull gameplay for this warframe I love. I enjoy playing against the corpus as it becomes a game of cat and mouse, where my teammates and I are having the leave the cataclysm to hunt down nullifiers and kll them before they dispell it. It's active, and enjoyable. I think a simple fix is already half implemented for the infested. The ancient disruptors and their buffed allies should not be affected by the effects of Limbo's 2 ability. This would allow the infested to still be a threat with Limbo on the field, but not make him worthless against them either.

Grineer are a tougher answer. They have no units that nullify abilities like the other two. The only challenge with the grineer over the infested, are that the grineer are more likely to stay out of the bubble altogether... until you make a bubble the size of the map. The fix for this one I think would be more akin to removing the passive energy regen from the rift. I hate to say it because I love it, but the ability to passively recover energy from the rift, encourages passive gameplay from the players. Leave in that Limbo gains energy from kills as that at least makes it a game of maintaining your energy. Something to keep the Limbo active and moving. This will leave their abilities to control a space largely intact, but now they would have to actually work for it, rather than casting 2 abilities and dancing for a few minutes while the objective ticks.

Thus are the thoughts of the peanut gallery. These I feel would lead to a more active gameplay style, or at least start working that way. Having a Limbo on the team would stilll be game changing as it would ensure the protection of your objectives as long as everyone worked with them to keep the pocket rift up.
