Good to know I'm not the only one with the issue, I reached Mastery 18 last night, logged in today and saw I was 17 and my Vaykor was "gone".

Last night I achieved Mastery 18 then after the new update I logged in and I noticed my Vaykor Marelok was gone from my inventory, also removed from the Syndicate Section and I was reset to Mastery 17, probably because of the removal of the weapon, was this intentional or was it a bug?

So far the prompt has shown up for me since I last reported back while being logged in, though the times It has shown up I was in a mission exactly at the time of the reset so when I returned to my ship I was prompted.

I did about 20 runs and got all of the mods, which isn't too bad compared to how many more I've heard some people do, It's just all about that RNG It either gives you want you want or It screws you over. Got Piercing Caliber on my last run which is the one I wanted the most, It's definitely time consuming, but to help anyone speed things up here, I used Mag and Bullet Attractor during my runs and usually we had a Valkyr or two on our team which helped out a lot since they were the ones hacking the Bursa's.

So I think It's safe to say we are probably getting our rewards, It's just the prompt that isn't showing up that's bugged out most likely and I think that's the issue that needs to be looked at.
I went ahead and updated the main post, because I think the issue at hand is the prompt and was all along, we were in fact getting our rewards, It's just they were hidden and we didn't know what we were getting unless it was a booster or a gun etc.. -
Definitely agree It needs to be restored to the previous version before the last update, because the way it is now, It just causes more problems, especially when you can't see the prompt half the time when you're logged in.
For some people they might be tired while they are logged in and can't play another 3 hours If they get a booster as a login reward, at least with the old system you could remain logged in and not get your reward, that way you could save it for the next day.
If they don't switch back the least they could do is make boosters have a usable function. That way you can use boosters when you want to use them and they don't go to waste. -

Why not show the daily reward window on the first time back on the ship after the login reset, since the reward has been given that way!?
For myself playing multiple missions, the prompt never showed up at all, so If I really am receiving a reward everyday I have no clue what it is sometimes, but apparently If It was a booster you're right It would show at the corner of the screen, other then that If you get an item or a blueprint you have no way of knowing what you got, unless you have a really great memory and know everything you had.

If your game is still launched and the reset happens you need to go into a mission and get back to your ship and it'll give your reward. Or you should be able to close the app and relaunch warframe which will give you your reward.
I believe there's an afk filter put in for people who just wanna leave their game running without actually playing.
I've been logged in before when the reset occurs for me, I was on my ship and I went into my dojo and then a mission afterwards and return to my ship, the prompt didn't show up notifying me of my reward, I then proceeded to log in and out and still nothing, I wasn't standing still either or AFK so I don't believe that's the issue, I think just for some people the system is getting messed up, myself included, not everyone is experiencing it.
Yesterday I received my reward fine by logging out BEFORE the reset occurred and then logged back in, that way I knew I had a chance of getting my reward with the prompt showing up. -
Yeah since they've changed it, It's caused more problems then It has fixed, some people aren't getting their rewards at all like myself and as both of you have just said, It seems that If you wanted to save your login reward If It was a booster for another day you can't because you receive it while being logged in.
I really hope DE takes a look at this soon, because If I'm gonna keep on losing my login rewards every other day or so, It's bs, I was hoping to reach 150 as soon as I could, the system definitely needs another rework in my opinion. -
Alright another update on this again, I was playing a mission at the time of the refresh and when I returned back to my ship, I didn't get a prompt for a login reward, so I did what I did yesterday, I logged out and then I logged back in, but to my surprise today I didn't get a login reward, the system definitely isn't a 100% and I have no clue what is causing this issue.
Because yesterday I got one and today now I don't? It doesn't make sense, It's like a hit and miss ever since the new update and If I'm only going to be getting a reward every other day or none at all or some only once in a while then that's just dumb, I'm missing out on days here, 2 to be exact so far towards my 150 days login, currently around 100 something. -
Alright well today I was logged in when the refresh occurred and still I didn't receive a prompt, HOWEVER I did log out and then back in and I did get my reward today at around 8pm EST when the refresh occurs.

Yeah I think they've borked something with the new update, that needs to be fixed, otherwise people are gonna lose out on their rewards while being logged in, I know personally when the refresh occurred, I was on my ship and I never had the prompt show up, so I went into my dojo, came back to the ship, nothing. Tried logging out and in, nothing, Did missions all night, nothing.
Just logged in today and nothing, so I'm hoping when they refresh again I'll get my reward today. -
Good to know I'm not the only one with the issue, I hope DE fixes this soon, because I don't want to miss out on any more days If I'm really not receiving one or If I am I'd like to be notified at least what I've gotten with this new system in place they've implemented.
Still no login reward here, I've logged in and out several times have been going on missions as well. -
I was logged in when the login rewards were suppose to be updated/refresh again daily, which is like 8pm my time EST and I never got a login reward or one never showed up?
I tried logging back out and in and nothing no login reward, is anyone else experiencing this issue while they were logged in when the refresh takes place? I know they changed something with the new patch but I would have still figured I would've gotten notified what my reward was or have the menu pop up upon returning to my ship or whatever, but nothing, I have no clue what it was or If I even ever got one today.

After some research from all of us, I think It's safe to say we are indeed getting our rewards, It's just the prompt that is suppose to show up, is not showing up for some of us upon returning to our ships, being on a mission and coming back to our ships, sitting on our ships etc.. so I think this is the bug that needs to be looked at, we should be notified properly of our rewards If we are logged in, otherwise we have no clue what we are getting and that is not good.

Try relogging into the game again guys, I just relogged and the hotfix for it is apparently live, my Marelok is back and I'm Mastery 18 again.
