They tweeted 10 hours ago and they run a business that never stops the would expect them to be manning the systems continuously

Normality I'd say no but unfortunately for them they decided to build a company built on customer satisfaction so ultamatly yes I expect someone to always be working on little things like servers and logins

I just hate they don't seem to give a dam to tell us even a little information on what happened what will happen or even a general time to expect it to work again
