As the title states.
One of the main draws of the sword & shield weapons to me was the fact the shield'd stay on you even when not in active use - but since quick melee is dead, the shield now only pops into existence while using melee, being gone otherwise.
-
I honestly just figured they'd straight up changed it for the sake of changing it. Guess it's worth a mentioning at the bug forum.
-
You think? Should I go ahead and make a post on this then?
-
Yeah, like I said - it's a very minor gripe I have.
The visuals were the main reason I was using them in the first place, though. Being able to have a shield on at all times is pretty dope.
-
The fact that Ack & Brunt's shield no longer shows folded on your Warframe while the weapon is sheathed.
It was a major part of my Grineer Rhino sets, and I am incredibly sad to see it gone. I even went so far as to get idle animations that would feature the shield held upwards prominently and Stubba because it looked good while shot from behind the shield.
It's an incredibly small thing, but it was my favourite thing about the weapon.

Noticed that the Grineer operator mask seems to hover off my character's face quite significantly - you can tell this should not be the case, given how there's a clear bald line where the mask should be covering my hair. A friend suspected this might be due to the recent Tennogen masks being added, somehow messing up the alignment.

I've spent the last two hours trying to get a measly 5 Noctrul on Orb Vallis, but have not managed a single one - heaps upon heaps of Goblite and other gems, but not a single Noctrul. After some more extensive stripmining, I thought to swap mining tools - to no effect.
Seeing as I am only one person though, I'm unsure if this is just extremely poor luck on my part. Has anyone else encountered this?
-
So a good chance a recent update's messed it up, then? Probably when the new brackets were added, the weapons seemed to fire just fine from the head before that.
-
Recently created a new MOA to try out the new brackets - seems like either the head or the brackets are at fault, causing the firing point of the beam to be in the MOA's left foot instead of its head.
I'd previously made an otherwise similar build, the only differences being the choice of head and brackets (Para/Alcrom/Munit/Drimper), which had no graphical issues when firing weapons.
I've tried equipping Sweeper, to similar effect - if harder to notice.
-
Can confirm this - have had it happen several times myself, most notably today. Sadly did not catch a screencap.
-
As evidenced in these screenshots, most - if not all - emblems seem to have some sizing issues with the shoulders of Eos Prisma. I assume they are *supposed* to be smaller like with the right shoulder, but for some reason the left shoulder refuses to resize them correctly.
I'm unsure if this is caused by something else, but it looks to be the case with all emblems I own.
-
Ah, I see! Well, thanks for the clarification.

It would seem like the Mastery sigil turns into an odd dot with a line through it when a faction syan is previewed through the Liset. I noticed this on a Banshee, with the sigil set as the back one - don't know if this applies to other frames, or if it happens when the sigil is on the front.

No need to worry, I won't do anything bad to you as long as you don't make me annoyed in any way Fang said in a somewhat sinister way. He then tough for a moment about what he searched for.
Do you happen to have...I don't know...a large, sturdy bag that can hold a lot of things? Fang asked Kauff, having his arms crossed as he waited for Kauff's respond.
Kauff thought for a moment. He browsed through his wares on the Helios, until...
"... Hrm. I do have these Hikou pouches that could fairly easily be modified into what you're after. There will have to be extra handling fees and a delivery time, obviously."

Yes well, the Fluctus isn't confirmed to be Corpus-made, is it. We're just contemplating what a Corpus-made set of Archwing weapons might be like, not wondering why there aren't any energy-based weapons for Archwing. :PI see all these posts going on about energy weapons...
Meanwhile, the Fluctus is just over there guys and easily my favourite main weapon for Archwing, its a thing of beauty while on a strafing run.
EDIT: Also, you are aware that Fluctus deals purely physical damage, right?
Also, on other news: I have an updated blueprint sketch! Need to scan it and such, but you all should see it here soon.

Fang decided to take a loot at Kauff's little "kiosk" and browsed it. He walked close to the shop and started to inspect the goods that the Vauban had. He then looked at Kauff and asked: Do you have any "interesting" deals you would like to share?.
Kauff shifted his eyes a bit. "... Well... That depends on what you might be after, my friend. Everything is available - at a price, of course."
-
"huh so its corpus tech. Anyway seerena and i are gonna go get some food so cya later." Zeron said while walking away and waving goodbye followed by seerena.
-snip-
Kauff stood straight, hands behind his back. "Do come again~. I need the business." He looked around for any other potential customers.
-
Zeron grabbed the two items. "Huh this sure is an intresting device."
-snip-
Kauff hummed to himself, counting the platinum chips and stoving them away into his "coat". "Corpus technology is splendid, is it not. Most convenient."
-
"hmm 20 plat sounds good" zeron replies handing 20 plat to kauff.
"A pleasure doing business~." He gladly accepts the platinum, turning to the tower-like construct. He types something into the Helios, and soon enough there are two flashes of light and the requested items float above the tower. "There you go, fresh from the stock."
-
Zeron looked at the diffrent wheres the holographic images showed. "O a lotus sunika imprints how much you want for that?" Zeron asks.
Seerena noticed that there was a scindo p handle inbetween the prime wares. "A scindo p handle i still need that Zeron do you think we can afford it?"
"I don't know." Zeron replied before redirecting his attention to the vauban again. "How much does the Lotus Sunika imprint and the scindo p handle cost?"
Kauff typed something into his sentinel. "Hrm. 15 for the imprint, 7 for the handle... I'll make you a deal, 20 platinum in total." He nodded sagely.
-
Zeron was suprised by the pole expanding while seerena said. "Ooh a sale?"
"Huh intressting and what kind of wares do you sale my vauban friend?" Zeron asks.
Kauff turns on his heels, straightening up. "Why, whatever you cannot get from other providers! Darvo's deals and Baro's curiosities are quite the competition, but Darvo deals in more... Mundane things and Baro's thing is more eccentric items. Me? I deal in anything else in between." A small tower-like thing raises itself in the middle of the stand. "Be it Prime parts," a holographic image of some components shows up, "materials," some assorted junk is shown, "Kubrows - I've got quite a bustling breeding industry going -", some imprints are shown, as well as puppies, "or anything else for request. Extra charge, obviously."
-
-snip-
Seerena and Zeron would approach the Nekros and Vauban.
"Hello you two i'm Zeron" Zeron said looking at the pole. "And what is thing thing for?"
"Hai there i'm Seerena."
-snippety-
Kauff scoffed, typing into the holographic screen again. The cube's transformation stops and apparently jams a bit. "... Come on, you bargain bin tech. I did not pay 2000 credits for nothing."
Then, suddenly the pole expands! It forms a plate, then another - not soon after, where there was an odd cube there is now a small stand, with a holographic projection flickering on on top of it. It says, loud and clear with flashing, multicoloured letters: SALE. Every now and then the language swaps from Orokin to Grineer to Corpus and back.
"There we go", says Kauff, humming contently and stepping towards the construct.
-
The Vauban mostly ignored him, continuing on with... Whatever he was doing. After wandering around the dojo as if felt like an eternity, Fang decided to wander towards the entrance, possibly spotting new tennos he could talk to.
Once at the entrance, he noticed that only one tenno was in the room. He shrugged to himself and walked toward the Vauban. He nodded to the Vauban, signaling his presence
New here? Haven't seen you here before... Fang (the Nekros) said, leaning towards a wall with his arms crossed. looking at the Vauban.
-snip-
"... Kauff", he answered shortly, pulling out a metal cube and pawing it for a bit, colorful lights appearing all over it wherever he touched. "Almost done here, do hold your horses."
After saying this, he tosses the cube onto the floor; it begins to open and expand, rising upwards, creating a sort of pole it balances itself upon. It seems to be making a... Wall of sorts? Or a small station?
-
Meanwhile, a curious-looking Vauban was setting something up near the Dojo entrance. He was busy examining the holographic screen projected by his Helios, observing thoughtfully, flipping through images, occasionally typing something in. His cape - seemingly made of credits - shuffled occasionally to his movements.

Phorid invasion is completely and thoroughly inaccessible, causing a lockdown screen with bugged graphics to show up and lock you out of gameplay entirely.
Of note is that the screen keeps flickering, in particular the variables of the progress bar from empty to 3 bars to 5 bars etc., along with other similar flickering from the other bugged-out graphics.
