[Update failed, corrupt data]

So my Warframe as worked perfectly for years. I tried to update in the last week playing less than two weeks ago, and when downloading it it says "Update failed  -  Downloaded Data was corrupt - update will restart shortly" however no matter how long i leave it it never works. I've tried verifying it and and downloading it not in 64 bit mode. clearing some files in the warframe folder and downloading the game 2 times in and out of steam. To make sure some buggy software wasn't to blame I  completely wiped my Pc which was due for that anyway, and the same error occurs. Whats to blame here!? i really need some help with this one.

Edit: on trying to update warframe on another one of my computers it has the same issue. could this having something to do with my internet?

[Corrupted data]

Every time a open the Launcher it says "corrupted-data  update will be restarted shortly" ive tried downloading it through steam and the launcher, deleting the windows cache, redownloading the whole game and disabling anti viris software that might block the download. How do i fix this?
