  1. I'm using an Asus gaming laptop. Granted, it's not running at it's best, and granted I'm not getting a solid 120 FPS everywhere (Not like we need that many, anyways,) But I still have better performance than a majority of the people I play with.

    Mirage could definitely cause some lag. Not much, but it was definitely there, and for people with less powerful computers than mine, I'm sure it could get much worse.

     

    While I liked having all four clones firing rockets, having two clones with double the damage and half the performance issues sounds great to me.

     

    And, yes, the two clones still firing gained the damage that the other two clones are not doing. Read the patch notes if you don't believe me.

     

    And, yes, they still draw aggro. I was just in a mission with her. Believe me, they drew some aggro.

     

    I'm playing Warframe on an 8 year old computer. No problems with lag. If removing two clone projectiles were an issue, why not get rid of them? And make sure you had the "Mirage" Warframe equipped. The patch notes say that they transferred some damage. They didn't say it doubled the damage. Builds that relied on those extra projectiles got screwed. Which is... well... Most builds revolving around Mirage. And well, what can I say? I can say "I was just in a mission with her, and believe me, they DIDN'T draw aggro" but that's neither here nor there. From someone who's been planning their Mirage build for months, you can trust that they got royally screwed today.

  2. They changed mirage due to her tendency to literally break people's games through certain means. The dps of the ability is pretty much unchanged and makes it more likely that a shot will kill.

     

    Hold up, did you even play Mirage? Did you read the original post? They didn't transfer the damage to make up for 2x up to 4x projectiles missing, and builds relying on that are dead.

     

    And what are these "certain means"?

  3. And also Mirage clones haven't been nerfed? I'm pretty sure they just transferred the damage the other clones would have done to the two clones that will be firing.

     

    ... No. No they haven't. They literally took the two clones and made them completely useless. They don't even draw aggro. The damage was not transferred. If it was a "performance issue" then getting rid of two useless animations that do nothing but loot would have been priority. I have a friend who is literally - LITERALLY, I'm using this word CORRECTLY here - running his computer out of a CARDBOARD BOX. His computer is PAPER. And he has no problem with people running Mirage. What is this "performance issue" that caused them to make Mirage useless?

    The -1 throws you off. That's not even the real problem. I start to revive my partner, when I get hit with something. Instant kills me. There's no bleedout, I'm instantly dead and with -1 lives. Yeaaaah, ok. Well, that's ok, my partner has a revive! Right?

     

    WRONG! He's stuck in "reviving" and is not only unable to revive, he's unable to die, shoot, or do anything except watch as the half hour mission we've been running goes to waste.

     

    We've lost so many polymer bundles, orokin blueprints, morphics, and what have you to this stupid issue. It's happened enough times I've decided to traverse these forums for the first time. For the love of god, do not allow this terrible thing to eat other people's time and resources as well.

    While I'm here, I'd love to ask why this game has been in Beta stage for about seven years...
