Good day everyone,
I am experiencing performance problems with my PC whenever I play Warframe. My friend with a GTX 970 can even manage to get more then twice the FPS as I do. My CPU usage is below 50% and my GPU usage is mostly even below 40%. I have no Idea what that is the case, it felt like that I even got more FPS with my HD 7970.
My screen is 144Hz, and I am reaching 200-400FPS on the Ship, but in missions it is terrible, on average like 70FPS.
What could be the cause for that?

I got a Neo V1 Relic with the Nova Prime Chassis BP in it. Since getting people together to recruitment chat is impossible, would somebody want to do a Radshare with the Neo V1 Relic?

Thanks for the input! Is there any site to check prices for vaulted relics? I have more than 50 vaulted relics, so I will most likely not make them all radiant, sell them intact instead.

And for what price should I offer them? And where could I organize Radshare with vaulted relics?

I started playing Warframe 2 weeks ago. I did not play the game for 1 year, and now I got tons of vaulted relics, even to get the most expensive Warframes.
Doing Radshares with them will be really hard, since nearly no have it. Should I sell them on the WF Market? If so, which Price should I take? The price of the rarest item divided by 3? Or what would you propose?

No, the usage on all cores in the same. It does not go above 50% for the first two cores, either.
