[2 accounts linked to one steam]

Hi there! This is my first post so be gentle with me.

I have a question about how many accounts can be connected to steam.

Last year I made an account played few hours then quit.......few months ago me and some friends wanted to start playing warframe again........but i forgot my password and had no acsess to my gmail to change it so i made a new account but i don't think that i can link it to steam to get my rubedo rhino skin that i just bought because the other one is linked.........

Now what i want to know is if there is a way to unlink it or even better delete that account (have just a low rank excal and 50 plat on it)........
