Yes, I do this. And after every restart it is back in windowed mode again. A solution right now is to use fullscreen borderless instead of fullscreen. It doesn't reset this way.

One additional question / thoughts in the spoiler below :
In the ending cinematic Hunhow is speaking to The Stalker and references The Stalker thinking to himself "...was I one of these wretched things?....you know the answer. You still hate them.. you still hate... yourself." Does this mean The Stalker is tied to the Tenno in some way? A Tenno that never entered into a Transference pod for whatever reason? Just my initial ideas to throw out there. It brings up a lot of questions about who or what The Stalker really is. What are your thoughts?

During the quest Hunhow called Alad V an Orokin. I have been looking online at forums and the wiki but I don't remember anyone saying Alad V was an Orokin. I thought it was stated he was of the Corpus race. Or is it just that Hunhow refers to any "humans", other than the Tenno, from the Origin System as Orokin?

This part I actually agree with you though.
We should start a petition to stop DE from bringing these warframes from China to Globals.
No Wukong, No Nezha, and definitely No Umbra. Stuffs in China Warframe should stay in China. Right?!
I seriously hope your joking. Sure, lets say no to new content because it doesn't fit some particular lore background or established theme in a video game. If it's fun, I'll play it. If you don't because it breaks some theme for you then by all means don't use it.

A work around I have been using is choosing Fullscreen Borderless if you can run it. That setting doesn't revert you to windowed mode at a different resolution.
