[Achievement Reset To Zero For Cameras]

Addendum - It appears that not only was the count reset to zero, but now shows "1 out of 150" for every update.

[Dojo Game Freeze At Terminals]

When I try to access some of the terminals in our Dojo, I either cannot select the contribute options, or the game freezes requiring a soft reset.  The reset issue has thus far only occurred on the white "information terminals" - the ones that describe what the room or hallway is for.

 

Note - this is not true for every information terminal or contribution terminal.  Most in the Dojo seem to work fine, it is only a few that I seem to have issues with, but these specific terminals repeatedly cause the same issue.

[Enemy Sense Does Not Work]

A couple weeks ago my Damaged Enemy Sense mod seemed to work fine.  It does not appear to be working at all now except on Exterminate Missions.

Yesterday my destroyed camera count was over a hundred and I felt pretty sure I'd capture the "Camera adds Weight" achievement within the next couple of days...

 

This morning the count restarted at Zero...?
