I think that a problem with this error is that it could mean any number of things. In my case it was a problem mentioned by [DE]Megan earlier, where I had completed the tutorial section in a previous version of the game that screwed up my account after a later update. DE did something to fix that, and I can now login. I think the hotfix mentioned earlier will fix that problem, but it may not be everyone's problem. It may be caused by things specific to each account. DE can fix it, but it may require special attention, so get a support ticket (and try to hurry them through the basic fixes like power cycling and bypassing the router).

I've also got a support ticket and they told me to restart my modem and router, and to hard reset my console.
Same error.

Have you attempted a full uninstall/reinstall of Warframe?

As we continue to look into this issue, can you please relay/attempt the following:
1) Relay which region/country you're located in
2) Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers
Please let us know if this helps!
Okay! I'm on the east coast of the US, in NYC.
I'll try that network fix as soon as I can.
